Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By using the services of DCP Daly City Pool Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services Provided

DCP Daly City Pool Care provides pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to residential customers in Daly City, CA and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained technicians using professional equipment and industry-approved methods.

We provide the following services: weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections. Service details and pricing are provided upon request.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For weekly service contracts, you can pause or cancel your service with 7 days written notice.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment is due monthly on the date specified in your service agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of service. A late fee may be applied to accounts that are more than 15 days past due. You are responsible for any costs related to collection of past due amounts.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to your pool area for our technicians. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and notification of any hazards. If we cannot safely access your pool, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

Please ensure that pets are secured during service appointments. While we love animals, we need to ensure the safety of both our technicians and your pets during service visits.

Liability and Warranties

We carry full liability insurance and take great care in performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, equipment failures unrelated to our service, or issues caused by improper pool construction or maintenance by others.

We warranty our work for a period of 30 days from the date of service. If you experience any issues related to our service, please contact us immediately so we can address the problem.
